Co-Founder, Sales and Marketing Director
Stefan is a tech guy with more than 16 years experience in big IT companies and an entrepreneur for more than 12 years.
His friendship with Theo brought them together in this startup that became the leader and trend setter of the Romanian cocktail stations market. He is a fluent English and French speaker and will be your main point of contact throughout the process.
Co-Founder and Production Director
Theo is the founder and the visionary of our company. After many years as bartender, he noticed the lack of speed and organisation in bars so he came up with the idea to create a new product from scratch.
After more than 7 years and hundreds of happy customers, we can all agree that he had a brilliant idea!
Marketing Manager
Alexandra joined Bar Setup in 2022 and her role is to develop and implement our event and marketing strategy. With an 10-year background is communication, PR and event planning across various industries and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences, she is dedicated to ensuring that Bar Setup soon becomes top-of-mind for anyone looking to create a stylish and functional bar setup.
Graphic Designer
Graduate of the University of Art and Design, Alina joins our team to create stunning visual images that convey our company’s vision.
She ensures that our social media activity is outstanding and fits our requirements. Each image is carefully crafted to harmoniously combine the visual aspects of our bars with our message and strategy.
